PLEASE NOTE: This document cannot be used to transfer ownership.

Standardbred Canada requires that the proper procedures be followed to ensure a successful transfer of ownership to the Ontario Standardbred Adoption Society.

If the Certificate of Registration is in paper form, the original owner(s) must sign the back under “Seller”

If the Registration is electronic, then the original owner(s) will need to sign under “Seller” an Application for Transfer form which SC and/or OSAS can provide.

Please send the forms into the OSAS office, so that we can proceed with the transfer of ownership.
